This is a modern, brand new unit where everyone should be welcomed, not far from the hosts, however, is well designed to be totally independent. You can feel the hospitality as you enter into the unit. The owners have gone out of their way to make you feel special at Keanu's Holiday Rentals. This is our Kia Orana way to welcome you to Rarotonga.

Our queen size bed has been rated as the most comfortable by our previous guests. It’s just like being at home if not, better.

This peaceful space is nestled in the heart of Nikao Village near the stadium. A great opportunity for you fitness enthusiasts wanting to exercise or stroll – it’s only a few steps away from your holiday unit. The area is very quiet and peaceful which is a common feedback from our previous guests. It makes you do absolutely nothing especially when you are on the deck enjoying the peacefulness overlooking in the distant, ocean view. It guarantees a perfect intimacy for couples. Adjacent to your unit, is another holiday place (our second unit) available for your friends and family as well. If interested, please message the owners of this property. Having your friends and family next door makes it a comfortable place for everyone.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mata (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
