LOVELY APARTMENT IN AVEIRO CENTER WITH WIFI AND VIEW FOR RIA

Maximum occupancy: 6 people (double bed, twin beds and sofa bed).

It is furnished and equipped with everything you need for a weekend or week vacation unforgettable.

The apartment has:

- Romantic bedroom (with double bed);

- Spring Room (with twin beds);

- Living room with balcony (overlooking the Ria de Aveiro) and sofa bed;

- Kitchen;

- Bathroom;

- Pantry;

- Sitting area / reading (adjoining the romantic room), overlooking the Ria de Aveiro.

The sheets and towels are included; the kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and has all the necessary utensils for confecionar a meal.

The apartment is located close to major tourist attractions: art nouveau buildings, museums, churches, typical restaurants and bars.

The boats "moliceiro" (boats like gondolas) are within 200 meters, as well as various pastries / bakeries where guests can sample with the famous 'soft eggs' of Aveiro.

The 'Forum Aveiro' (mall with shops, restaurants, cinemas and playground) is 300 mts. At the same distance you can find supermarkets and pharmacies.

The apartment is also up near the train station and several bus stations and is therefore very well located for those wishing to enjoy the day of Aveiro city and night and sightseeing throughout the district.

The apartment is located around 10 km from the beautiful beaches of Barra and Costa Nova. At Barra can visit its lighthouse, the largest in Portugal and the second largest in the Iberian Peninsula and is included in the 26 largest in the world.

When it comes to Costa Nova Beach, one of the first images that stands out is its colorful houses. All in a row, facing the Ria de Aveiro, make marginal a huge color palette with white background, from which highlight the green, red, yellow and blue stripes.

O apartamento situa-se perto das principais atrações turísticas: edifícios de arte nova, museus, igrejas, restaurantes típicos e bares.

Os barcos “moliceiro” (embarcações semelhantes a gôndolas) encontram-se a 200 mts, assim como diversas pastelarias / padarias onde se poderá deliciar com os famosos 'ovos moles' de Aveiro.

How do damage deposits work?

If Marlene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
