The Yacht club at Aventura is a safe, 24hr gated community with excellent amenities for the entire family. It offers a large heated pool and Jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, indoor racquetball, BBQ area, marina access, and a business center with free internet, printer, fax machine and an ATM available.

The Yacht Club condominium is located in the quiet residential area of Aventura, walking distance to the Safra Synagogue & around the corner from the Aventura Mall, the largest shopping mall in Florida.

Its great location provides very easy access to South Beach, Sunny Isles and Miami Beach to the south, and Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale area to the north. It is also near the Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, Waterway Shoppes, Bal Harbour mall, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and much more.

The whole apartment is newly remodelled and professionaly decorated.

Equipped with: Fitted and Flat sheets, Pillow cases, brand Duvet covers, bath towels, beach towels, bath mats, toothbrush holder, soap, cup, liquid soap, extra tissue, brush, and shower accesories. Decorative pillows, bases, flowers pots etc.

This is a non smoking apartment. It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the apartment.

The living room has a 70" LED flat screen TV and 2 comfortable sofas and extra sofa bed.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite new top of the line stainless steel appliances, with new dishes, serving dishes, pots, pans, utensils and waffle maker, and all

Kind of electrondomestics.

Balcony with lovely nest chairs and table.

The laundry closet has bi-fold doors, and keeps the full size washer & dryer (detergent supplied). Also included: an iron and ironing board, all kind of cleaning objects.

Bedrooms: The Master Bedroom has a full comfort king size bed, sofa, side table and includes walk-in closet and the on-suite bathroom. The suite comes with a 42' LED TV flat. The ceiling fan comes with a remote control and a computer desk with WIFI internet connection.

2 extra BR with 2 full size beds each and a sofa bed in the bigger one. each of them with 32" LED TV and ATT U Verse 200 channels.

1 extra full BA with all kind of Towels and Accessories and Toiletaries.

We speak English, Spanish, Hebrew, and French.

Dear Jukka You are just beggining there are some more days to enjoy. At the pool it is prohibited to keep the chairs while not in use, , please feel free to ask the guard for help. Regarding beds they are the regular American size beds. I m sure you will enjoy the rest of your holidays at home, and every detail that we had prepared for you.! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Luisa (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luisa (the owner) a message.

If Luisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
