The property lies 1 km from the village of Avigliano Umbro, 20 km south of the lovely Umbrian town of Todi, 40/50 kms from the well known cities of Spoleto/Orvieto and 110 kms northern Rome. It's a detached villa with private garden and pool, the whole property is for private/exclusive use of the tenant. It features a large completely fenced garden of around 2500sqm with entrance gate. There is parking space for cars on the northern side of the building (under the shadow provided by the trees and the villa self). On the southern side of the villa there is a 10 by 5 meter pool + 1,5 meter roman stairs, depth of the pool 1,2 to 1,5 meter. The pool area is equipped with beach chairs, garden chairs and parasol. The dependance lies at 8 meters of the main villa. It has a living/dining room with sofa (can be used as double sofabed), kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer area, oven, induction hob, coffee machine), 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Two supermakts and other shops, pharmacy, bars are available in the village Avigliano Umbro at 1 km (easy flat walk of 10 minutes). There is a restaurant/pizzeria (La Casareccia) at 700 meters from the property, there are three other restaurants at around 1,4 km (La Posta, Osteria da Sfascione, Pizzeria del Teatro). The speedway E-45 Perugia-Terni is 14 kms from the property. The road to the property is fully asphalted.
