Magnífico chalet de esquina en urbanización privada: espectaculares vistas a Avilés .Chalet de 250 mts + 100mts jardín privado cerrado con muro de obra, cipreses y enredaderas. Ideal familias con niños. Dos porches, dos balcones. Muebles jardín.Gran salón, comedor independiente, sala de estar adicional con dos sofás . WIFI y TV canales por cable. Tres dormitorios, tres baños completos, uno ensuite. Todos los dormitorios con empotrados forrados, vestidos, con colgadores extensibles y perchas. Secador pelo, espejos aumento en baños.

Totalmente equipada, sábanas, toallas, menaje y vajilla. Útiles y productos de limpieza disponibles.

Cuna/ropa cuna disponible bajo petición (con cargo si ocupación superior 6 pax)

Cocina alta gama muy equipada, electrodomésticos: frigo americano vertical de dos puertas (gran congelador) , placa Siemens flexi- inducción,horno Bosch carro extraible,microondas, lavaplatos, lavadora, cafetera eléctrica, tostador, batidora..... Plancha, tabla, tendedero y pinzas.

Situado en la mejor zona de la Urbanización Los Balagares: a 150mts del Hotel Zen con Spa, gimnasio... A 1km del Embalse de Trasona y del Centro de Alto Rendimiento; a la entrada de Avilés y a 10 minutos de las playas de Salinas (por la variante) y a 20 minutos de Gijón. A 15 minutos del Aeropuerto por la Autovía del Cantábrico. A 50 minutos de la Estación de Esquí Pajares-Valgrande y a una hora de Estación Esquí San Isidro.

Precio base para ocupación máxima de SEIS ocupantes: a partir de 6, cada persona/niño/bebé/mascota tiene cargo adicional por noche.

Se solicita depósito limpieza (50€ 6pax) reintegrable tras la salida si la casa se entrega en buenas condiciones.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Rebecca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
