Cottage completely restored in shabby chic style (late February 2015 restructuring). Located on a plot of 1000 sqm. Located 70 meters from the sea, with large terrace sea view equipped with garden set for Happy Hours. The Villa has two spacious verandas. A blanket that you can use as a parking lot and an equipped Pergola used as a dining area with a barbecue. In addition, there is the possibility of parking for several vehicles and finally equipped with outdoor shower. Located in Avola town that overlooks the Ionian coast of eastern Sicily. The House and located 800 meters from the fishing village where there are the remains of the old tuna and where the old ' MAIAZZE ' (local fishermen) have been converted into bars, pizzerias, restaurants, wineries and local fish fresh fish. Favourable geographical position is 2 km from Lido di Avola and downtown. Just 5 Km Noto Marina with its five sails the blue sea. To 8 Km Known baroque city declared a UNESCO World Heritage site. At 24 Km Ancient Syracuse and important Greek city filled with sites of which the most important is the famous Greek Theatre. At 18 Km Vendicari nature reserve where you can enjoy Mediterranean flora and fauna protected. 90 Km from Catania international airport. 150 Km to the beautiful Taormina one of the tourist centers of major international importance of Sicily, known for its marine beauties natural landscape and its historical monuments.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Salvatore (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
