La Holyday Room Ninfa Superior è una struttura molto elegante e carina, accogliente per, viaggiatori di passaggio, avventurieri, coppie in romantiche vacanze. La struttura è dotata di tutti i confort , attrezzata di frigo, forno a microonde, macchinetta caffè. Su richiesta si offre gratuitamente culla. Il locale bagno completo e fornito di Fon e cassetta pronto soccorso. Alla struttura si accede da un cancelletto in totale autonomia che invita l'ingresso in uno spazio esterno arredato con mobili da giardino per romantiche serate in totale relax all'aria aperta. A 50 metri la prima spiaggia piu' vicina, denominata "pantanello" con sabbia finissima e acque azzurre cristalline, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Dalla struttura si possono facilmente raggiungere le piu' rinomate località turistiche come fontane bianche, Siracusa greca, Noto barocca, Marzamemi, riserva naturale Vendicari, spiaggia cala mosche etc. La struttura é dotata di aria condizionata fredda e calda autonoma. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ninfa (the owner) a message.

If Ninfa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
