The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 35% of Lodging Rent plus 35% of Sales & Lodging Taxes along with 35% of the non refundable limited damage waiver OR refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
In addition to the nightly rate, the taxes and fees on this home are as follows:

Cancellations that occur more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less $100.00 cancellation fee. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.

Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed in this property. iTrip Vacations Vail Beaver Creek will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of iTrip Vacations Vail Beaver Creek.
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office.
