Discover your ideal mountain getaway at Chapel Square! Located in the heart of Avon and only 1 mile from Beaver Creek, this unit is the largest two bedroom condo in Chapel Square. The master includes a cozy reading nook, king bed, desk, flat screen TV, and en suite bath, jetted tub plus separate walk in shower. Bedroom 2 is roomy, with queen bed, desk, flat screen TV, and en suite bath with a very large walk in closet. Both rooms have access to a deck that leads off the living room. The deck provides seating for two, gas grill and mountain views. The living room is conducive for relaxing around the gas fireplace, it also features a sofa sleeper and TV entertainment system with Sonos. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 3, large dining table that seats 6, and all the needed equipment to handle holidays or entertain guests comfortably.

Chapel Square is an easy walk to the grocery store, multiple restaurants that include Sushi, Mexican, Pizza, and fine dining plus a broad array of shopping and entertainment. City Market, the local grocery store, is located just across the parking lot from Chapel Square.

It’s convenient proximity to the bus stop make accessing Vail or Beaver Creek easy and convenient. This property is located just one half mile from Beaver Creek and 10 miles from Vail. In the winter, the Avon skier express provides direct access to Beaver Creek Village from a stop located on the property. This condo is a perfect getaway for a couple, family or group of friends.

In-residence, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6, living room with sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, underground parking for one vehicle, ski locker and access to the communal steam room and fitness room. This home sleeps 6 guests comfortably in 4 beds.

The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 35% of Lodging Rent plus 35% of Sales & Lodging Taxes along with 35% of the non refundable limited damage waiver OR refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.

In addition to the nightly rate, the taxes and fees on this home are as follows:

Departure cleaning fee $150.00

Town of Avon Sales tax 8%

Colorado Dept of Revenue tax 4.4%

Cancellations that occur more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less $100.00 cancellation fee. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.

Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed in this property. iTrip Vacations Vail Beaver Creek will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of iTrip Vacations Vail Beaver Creek.

All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
