Get ready to make some delicious meals on the slab granite countertops and viking range! The list of amazing home comforts goes on and on... There is also an extra large garage that can fit 2 vehicles with additional parking on the driveway.
A large balcony opens from the living room, which is a great spot to check out the beautiful mountain scenery or prepare dinner on the outdoor BBQ. Soak your bones after a long day on the mountain in a large hot tub off the back deck. If you want to feel at home in the Colorado mountains, 411 Deer Blvd is your perfect choice!

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards killing viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.
• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.
• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.
• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.
