Classified 3 *** Our apartment has been completely renovated in the residence "Beau shore" located in the city center of Ax-les-Thermes, a few steps from the gondola, thermal baths (thermal baths and thermal baths with safety social), casino-cinema. The accommodation is composed of: - a bright bedroom with three beds (1 bed 140x190, 2 bunk beds 90x190) and a wardrobe. - duvets, pillows and mattress pads are provided. - a main room (living room / kitchen fully equipped oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee pod, microwave, food processor Seb, 2 self-cooking, extractor hood, fridge-freezer) equipped with a sofa, a table for six people, a 70cm LCD screen. - a bathroom (shower 90x90), a sink and a toilet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, iron, drying rack. - basic products for cleaning, cooking are available. The apartment is on the second floor easy to access. All amenities are close to the residence (butcher, bakery, supermarket, ...) Inertia radiators are installed in each room and joineries are new. A ski, bicycle or buggy storage room is available on the ground floor. Free parking nearby. The rental is ideally placed for family holidays in all seasons and for spa guests (preferential rate, contact us).

Why can't I call Valérie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Valérie (the owner) a message.

If Valérie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
