This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house in Axat. It is centrally located within the town and is an ideal place for a holiday home.

My family purchased the house as our French getaway and is renting it out through the months when it's vacant. We absolutely love the place and hope you do too.

top floor: Bedroom 3 (single bed)
If needed, theres is also a double sofa bed in the living room available for additional guests.
The house has access to a private terrace which has a spectacular view of the mountains.
The price also include free unlimited Wifi usage, use of washer and dryer (washing powder/detergent can be provided for a small fee or you can use your own), linen and towels, fully equiped kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower on the 1st floor and another toilet on the 2nd floor.

Change of sheets and cleaning service can be provided upon request (fees apply).

Axat - is a commune in the Aude department in southern France. Axat is a pretty tourist town situated on the D118 in the high valley of Aude. The River Aude runs through Axat making a picturesque setting and a popular whitewater sport location. A 100-year-old railway the 'Pays Cathare Tourist Train' links Axat to Rivesaltes. 60 km of track running over impressive viaducts and through tunnels on open air carriages. Ideal for whitewater rafting, walking and cycling.
