Very cosy and modern Studio totally renovated and fully furnished, perfectly situated in Ayia Napa close to bars, shops and restaurants, walking distance to the beach and to the main square bus station. The apartment itself is a fully equipped studio ground floor with partial Sea View and Air Conditioning. The apartment comprises a comfortable double sofa bed in lounge, 1 single sofa bed, dining table and chairs, newly equipped kitchen with washing machine, Large flat screen TV and 1 bathroom. A very big terrace and pergola with patio furniture to enjoy it with your friends. The connection of the Wifi is very fast (Cyta) and free parking available.

NB: A minimum stay of 3 nights, towels and sheets are provided (free of charge), cleaning fees are included in the price. A very competitive rate for one week and a great discount for one month (the electricity and Wifi are included in the rental fees, even for long term rentals).

Once you booked through the site, there is no extra charge at all to pay.

The appartment was good, well located. The quality is very good for its price. Well equipped, only there is no hair dryer. It has a nie terrance with sea view even.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ronald (the owner) a message.

If Ronald (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
