From the owner

Domaine Laubaro is secluded on 1.5 ha own land in the middle of the rolling countryside of the Dordogne. It is a pleasant mix of authentic French details and modern comfort. The area of ​​the house is 100m2, enough space for four adults and a small child. There are ample XL beds of (90/180 wide) by 210cm long present. From June there will be a new heated outdoor pool. From the terrace there views on the countryside and walnut trees.

You enter into the large kitchen with seating in the large chairs and a large table. The fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped including a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, oven / grill and microwave. a wide collection of kitchen utensils also is available.

On the ground floor is also the bathroom with toilet and shower. Here you can use the normal showerhead and rain shower.

Some steps you enter the upstairs room that is furnished as a sitting area. There is satelite TV with more than 250 channels and DVD player and a choice of over 40 films. The closet is filled with books and games for all ages.

The stairs to the other side leads to the upper floor. Here are 2 bedrooms and the second separate toilet.

The first bedroom is about 12m2 and has a built-in wardrobe and an extra long 2-bed of 180x 210cm.

The second bedroom is about 20m2 and has 2 extra long beds of 90x210 cm, if desired, can be pushed together. Again, a wardrobe and stylish antique French armoire.

Of course there is WIFI present, which if desired can be easily turned off.

There is also a cot and highchair available. There are no additional costs to be charged.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mirte & Sander (the owner) a message.

If Mirte & Sander (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
