Charming house 30 meters from the beach, private entrance, surrounded by a lovely private garden overlooking the dunes and swimming pool, large furnished patio, barbecue, sink and shower with hot water.

Nicely furnished comfortable living room whit sofa bed, kitchen, 1 bedroom queen size, 1 bedroom 2 single beds + 1 single pull out, bathroom with shower. Cot and high chair for baby on request.

WiFi , AC / inverter, HD TV with HD slot for Premium card, 1 HD DVD with HDMI port and USB port, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven, complete kitchen equipment, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, parasol, chairs beach, children's games also for the beach.

Located in Baia delle Mimose, jewel of the Gallura nestled between the Natural Oasis the mouth of the river Coghinas and the dunes that frame the spectacular long beach " Pirotto Li Frati, Baia delle Mimose " Blue Flag 2018.

Lovely place to spend a holiday between crystal clear sea, relaxing walks in the paths of the “ Macchia Mediterranea ” and bike rides through picturesque landscapes, in complete relaxation and harmony with your loved ones without giving up comforts.

What makes your vacation extraordinary, is that you can park the car on your arrival and take it back when the holiday is over!

Beach: at 30 meters Pirotto Li Frati, free with catwalk and shower.

Walking distance: market, bar, phwarmacy, newsstand, tobacco shop, restaurant / pizzeria, beach bar. At the nearby Hotel, possibility to purchase beach services, club card for sports and baby club, food coupons. Services open from June to September.

Casa Tua Baia with the beautiful swimming pool and the sea in 2 minutes is an ideal location for the entire family. Children who are there, definitely make cheerful vacation days. The swimming pool opening times are related to the presence of the lifeguard and to respect the hours of silence condominium to enjoy relaxing in the house. Baia delle Mimose, is definitely the ideal place to be explored on foot or by bike at sea the wonders of uncontaminated nature. See you soon, kind regards, Marilù.

The house I 've lovingly furnished taking care of the smallest details. I have 2 children and I know what the needs of a mom on vacation. Casa Tua Baia meets many of these, the secured residence, the lifeguard at the pool, closeness to the beach, services and so on. Sono felice che tu abbia potuto godere della bellezza di questo posto che ha conservato il fascino di una Sardegna non contaminata dalle folle, dove puoi ancora gustare i veri sapori della Gallura. I percorsi tra le dune rendono le passeggiate uniche ed avendo tutto a portata di mano della macchina si potrebbe benissimo fare a meno proprio come dicevi tu, solo per visitare i magnifici luoghi nelle vicinanze. Ti aspetto a “ casa tua “ in Sadegna. Enjoy life, enjoy Baia

    Gentilissima Rita, ho avuto modo di constatare quanto abbia apprezzato la mia casa dalle volte che vi è ritornata, grazie. La casa è stata curata in ogni particolare per renderla il più confortevole possibile, lasciando così il ricordo di una meravigliosa vacanza. La spiaggia de Li Junchi è affascinante, si ha un senso di libertà e completo rilassamento lungo l' immensa distesa di sabbia dorata e le estremità della grande baia dove puoi vedere da un lato Castelsardo e dall altro Isola Rossa. La piscina a soli 3 mt. è un altro punto forte di Casa Tua Baia. Durante le prime ore del pomeriggio, il giardino o il patio sono eccezionali per godersi il relax. Nei dintorni ci sono bellissimi posti da visitare. Enjoy life, enjoy Baia!

La bellezza della lunga spiaggia dorata e del mare in primavera è straordinaria, le dune in fiore che circondano Baia delle Mimose, caratterizzano questo angolo incontaminato della Sardegna. Purtroppo la bellissima piscina è fruibile solamente dal primo giugno al 30 settembre. Ti aspetto per le tue prossime vacanze. Enjoy life, enjoy Baia !

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Marilù (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
