Welcome to our newest property in Baga in the Beira Mar resort which is just opposite the road from the famous "Tito's" club and about 5 mins walk to the world famous Baga beach.

The resort in which this property is located changed management in 2017 and has been completely renovated effective Jan 2018. All buildings have been newly painted, a new restaurant and coffee shop introduced and new landscaping provided and is better than ever before!

Baga is one of the most “happening” places in Goa and is a very popular tourist destination. It offers many options for the holiday goer including a variety of restaurants, shopping, entertainment and night life. The famous Baga beach offers all kinds of water sports and beach shacks with a variety of economical cuisine. Or for those interested in a more relaxed holiday …. just lay back on the sun beds on the beach and listen to the soothing sounds of the waves lapping the sea shore!

This well located unit is on the 2nd floor with a great pool view from the living room. There is no elevator in the building so may not be suitable for the elderly and infirm.

This property comprises 2 air conditioned bedrooms with double beds and wardrobe. Each bedroom also has an additional single sofa bed if required. It has 2 toilets and 1 bathroom and an additional makeshift bathroom in the second toilet. It features large air conditioned hall and balcony with a spectacular pool view. There is a double sofa bed and 2 single sofa beds as well and a 6 seater dining table.

This self - catering apartment also comes with a fully functional kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster, frost free fridge, electric kettle and basic utensils and aquaguard water filter. There is a brand new 50 inch flat screen TV for our guest’s comfort. Wireless internet service is available through Tata photon USB at a nominal charge. All appliances and furnishings are brand new as of Dec 2015.

The apartment is air conditioned and has an inverter back up.

The resort has 2 sparkling swimming pools and in house Restaurant and bar which provide all kinds of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies including delicious goan and sea food and room service is available.

This cosy and well located apartment accommodates up to 10 guests. It is the perfect place for a family vacation or for a small group that wants to be near the beach and clubs, share a good time and bond with each other

As compared to Rent paid, Breakfast was supposed to be added in package.but it was not. Also Bathroom was only one for Ten persons. Only Toilet was two.

Hi, Please review your rental agreement. Breakfast is not included since this is a self catering apartment and the rental agreement specifically mentions that. Sorry you were under the impression that breakfast is included but we do not provide breakfast. There are 2 bathrooms although one is smaller than the other!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Dominic (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
