From the owner

The apartment is sunny spacious self contained with private entrance and ample parking, well equipped and situated on the edge of a wood. A new private swimming pool is built in front of the house.You do not want to cook or go out? There is our village chef, who will prepare you delicious hot meals and bring them to your door at the time you request. It is ideal for a family holiday Small children are welcome. The village is 5 minutes walk away. Perfect also for who wants to relax and have a peaceful time. Nearby there are many restaurants with local good food. All during the summer there are festivals in the nearby towns featuring their specialties. above all the white wine here is famous. (Est Est Est from Montefiascone and Bianco from Orvieto).In Castel Cellesi(our village) there is a four day celebration, during the month of August in our main square where the villagers prepare dinner every evening with live music and fireworks. Good walks to go on . There are many well known historical towns nearby for sightseeing, Lake Bolsena is 20 kms away with its lovely beaches and trattorias.

We are an italian/ english family and we speak french as well. There is a welcome pack on arrival (homemade cake and a bottle of the local white wine)

The apartment is 120 sq. meters It is self contained with a private entrance and ample parking space. There is big sliding window ( 8 meters wide) leading on to a terrace and garden.The apartment is comfortable with a large sitting room and an open space kitchen . The bathrooms , both en suite have showers in them. In the living room there is an open wood fire brace.

How do damage deposits work?
