From the owner

Our stylish 2-bed apartment has truly stunning 360 degree panoramic sea and mountain views. It is situated in a peaceful, romantic setting, perfect for couples or families who want to get away from it all. The gardens are beautifully maintained and there are two pools to choose from, which are never busy! It has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with TV with streaming App and WiFi, a master bedroom with ensuite shower room and a separate family bathroom with overhead shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, and we can offer a separate floor mattress for a third child, if required. There are fly screens and aircon units in each room. There is a spacious balcony from which to view the fabulous sunsets and there is the extra benefit of a large private roof terrace with sunbeds, a shaded dining/lounging area and a built-in BBQ - and, of course, views to die for! Walkers will find miles of unspoilt mountain tracks right from their doorstep. We can provide walking maps. There is a good bar/restaurant on the site opposite us, within walking distance.

The rental fee includes 210 units of electricity per week and up to 4 tonnes of water. Excess usage will be charged at 3.10 TL per unit / 10 TL per tonne. Gas for cooking is included. We also provide a complimentary welcome pack on arrival which includes a bottle of wine.

We live in the downstairs apartment, so we can be on hand as much or as little as you would like us to be. Any problems can therefore be dealt with immediately. Eddie is an excellent cook, so we can even provide home cooked meal deliveries on request, if booked at least 24 hours in advance - perfect if you have had a long day out sightseeing.

Why can't I call Eddie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eddie (the owner) a message.

If Eddie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
