If you enjoy beautiful sea views and total relaxation while watching the sun set, this apartment is for you. If you are looking for that homely feel and enjoy having the option to eat in, BBQ on the terrace or enjoy dining out then you will find all you need in our apartment.

The apartment is based over 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find our well equipped kitchen, with dining table if you wish to eat indoors. The Living room which boasts an amazing seaview, with the twin bedroom at the back, and the downstairs toilet and shower room. Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with its own Family bathroom, this is on a contemporary open mezzanine floor, which looks down onto the living area. Again with lovely sea views. Our apartment is based at the front of the complex and has one of the overflowing swimming pools at the back of us, which means it is very easy to have a uninterrupted morning swim!

Crystal Bay Marina is a modern complex with 2 large overflowing swimming pools, a children's pool, Gym, TV & film room and its own al'a carte Restaurant, Joya Bistro.

If you love the sea, then you only need to walk 6 minutes down the hill to have a swim. If you are a beach lover then you are spoilt for choice from the natural Turtle beach to private beach resorts you will find your perfect place to soak up the sun.

We do recommend hiring a car if you like to get about and explore, but you can walk out to 6 different Bars/Restaurants.

Kyrenia is the Old Town and is a must to visit in your car, both by day and by night, the beautiful harbour with its many shops, bars and restaurants holds lots of historic culture. Please ask for more information on places to see and go while in North Cyprus.

We ask all our guests to treat our apartment as if it were their own. Electricity and Water are scarce and expensive resources in TRNC (North Cyprus). In order to keep our rent levels low, and in kindness to the environment, I would appreciate if you would keep water and electricity use to a minimum throughout your stay. Please ensure that all air-conditioning units are switched OFF when you leave the apartment. Please help me keep my rental charges good value and inclusive.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alison (the owner) a message.

If Alison (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
