From the owner

It's a very panoramic apartment on the first floor of the Villa Delfino, which has wonderful terrace and veranda with sweeping views of Capo Figari and the islands of Tavolara, Figarolo and Capo Ceraso, with barbecue and dining area. It has a large and original multi-level living room with the ceiling decorated with ancient juniper trunks, and a separate kitchen. The first double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower , balcony and sea views. There is a second double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is accessed by an external granite staircase with wrought iron railings. The apartment has a shaded private parking and there's direct access to the sea from the garden.

The apartment is part of a large villa with garden overlooking the sea in the Golfo Aranci, in the tourist area of Baia Caddinas. There is direct access to the beach through a gate in front of the house. A beautiful sandy beach is just a few meters away and the beautiful beach of Baia Caddinas, with beach bars, is 250 meters and is reached by a path along the sea. There are many other beautiful beaches in the area and pleasant places to spend the day in the middle of nature.

The closest bar and restaurant are at 250 meters and the main shops are located about 600 meters away. The village of Golfo Aranci is very animated and friendly, it has many fine shops, crafts and typical products. There are several restaurants, ice cream shops, cake shop, night market and hairdressers. It 's a well-organized base for guided tours or sports (diving, trekking, dolphin watching, visits to Tavolara, Capo Figari and the Maddalena) or hiring of boats. You can practice various sports: tennis, fishing, sailing, wind surfing, water skiing.

Porto Rotondo is just 10 minutes by car and the Costa Smeralda is 20 minutes, the Pevero Golf Club is 25 minutes away. There is evening entertainment in pubs and clubs in the area. The Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is 21 Km away. The Port of Olbia 20 Km. The port of Golfo Aranci 2,5 Km.

Wonderfull appartment with fantastic view

We stayed in Dolphin 4 for a week and had a wonderfull time. The appartment is perfect situatet overlooking the bay. With direct acsess to small beach and diving possibilities.
