There is a 6th en-suite bedroom available which has outside access and is suitable for an au pair.
As you enter onto the ground level, you are welcomed by a light and spacious entrance hall.
To your left is the 4th ensuite bedroom, which has access to the swimming pool and courtyard with a gas braai.
To the right is the staircase to the upper level. Further down the entrance is the double volume dining area and open plan kitchen. The dining room has seating for 12 people.
The kitchen is fitted with state of the art appliances and has breakfast bar seating for 4. There is a separate scullery behind the kitchen with laundry facilities, dishwasher and another fridge.
The formal living room is at the end of the entrance hall. This generous room has plush seating for 12, a TV, gas fireplace and access to a small balcony and the swimming pool courtyard which has stairs that lead to the beach.
There is also a guest loo on this level. Leading from the end of the entrance hall is the staircase to the lower level of the house which hosts the 5th bedroom. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and access to a private deck which has stairs leading down to the beach.
The upper level of the house has a comfortable informal TV area with seating for 5. There is also a small study to the right of this room.
On the left, is a passage leading to two bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a dedicated bathroom while the 4th bedroom has an ensuite. Both of these bedrooms have incredible sea views.
The spacious Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, sea views and a private balcony with lounge seating to relax and enjoy.
All the bedrooms in this luxurious villa are elegantly furnished and have a King size bed, their own bathroom, TV and Blue tooth speaker.
On the roof of the property is large entertainment deck with ample seating and some of the best views you can ask for.
