The space

Modern beach chic blends with a welcoming feel. Our space has everything you're looking for from the bright airy spacious living room, our spread out bedrooms up stairs to give you the privacy needed and our open kitchen that is great for socializing while cooking up a meal for the family or friends. The living room opens up to our nice sized patio in the front where you can bbq, play corn hole or just relax with a glass of wine during sunset.

We ask that the head guest renting sign a contract with us before arrival.
There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES allowed and please lower levels of music by 11pm. The speakers by the tv are not permitted for guests to use they are only for surround sound but you're welcome to bring your own speakers for your enjoyment. Please respect all neighbors. If the police have to come out for a noise or party complaint and we are notified, you will be kindly evicted.

Wow these are all new things to me. We have had multiple people stay before you and after you leaving 4 star reviews. We wish you would've called me to let me know about the smaller things like the light fixtures etc. Our handyman is local and can always be over quickly to fix any issues to make anyone's stay lovely.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alex (the owner) a message.

If Alex (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
