It is located on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc./ utility room with washing machine, fridge / freezer and a second Abwäsche. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. 1st floor: Bedroom 1: a suite with sea view, balcony, large bedroom with single beds. (all beds can be used as a double bed) fitted wardrobe with drawers. Separate bathroom contains shower, sink and toilet 1st floor: Bedroom 2: a suite with sea view, balcony, large bedroom with single beds. (all beds can be used as a double bed) fitted wardrobe with drawers. The villa is equipped with a complete security system (alarm system). The villa has a fast internet (Wi-Fi / Wi-Fi) which you can use for free. In the living area is a large TV with satellite connection and DVD player. Bed linen and towels are provided. The villa is cleaned before arrival. Outside, for recreation, there is a pool with sunbeds, table and chairs where you can enjoy the sun and the sunrise and sunset. For sports and games for the children is a lawn including barbecue with barbecue area. On the outdoor terrace on the ground floor you can enjoy your breakfast with a fantastic sea view. Location: The Villa Vista is located in the first sea line and borders with Topola. To the beautiful beaches you drive about 5 to 10 minutes. After Balchik it is approx. 5 km, where a beautiful fishing port and the botanical garden can be visited. Several shops, bars, hotels, discos and events are also available in Balschik. The Palace of the Kings Maria is about 8 km away. Nearby are Aquarparks and a kart track. The villa is located very close to the most famous golf courses of Bulgaria. (Blacksea Rama 500m, Lighthouse 1.5km and Thracian Cliffs 4.00km) From the villa to the airport to Varna is approx. 38km. You can rent a cheap car at the airport. Alternatively, we also request a shuttle service after consultation with our agent. From Hamburg or Berlin you are in three hours at the fantastically located Villa Vista.
