Offering free parking spaces,flexible check-in/out time,barbecue,recreational facilities and a large garden. Comfortable and well equipped inside and out.No credit card processing fee.Quick assistance from your family friendly hosts.Suitable for families,business travellers or solo adventurer. Children and guests from all backgrounds are welcome.

Short walk to Bus Stop which can directly take you to the city CBD. Within 5 minutes walk, there's IGA express supermarket( Open 7 days), Italian restaurant, Pizza/Fish and Chips takeaway and other variety shops. Easy access to Tonkin and Reid HWY. 10 minutes drive to famous tourist attractions Swan valley and Caversham Wildlife Park, 13 Km to Perth international and domestic Airport, 14 Km to Hillary's Boat Harbour, Trigg and Scarborough beaches. It is a great location from which to explore or settle in Perth.

We have been living in Perth more than 25 years. We really love Perth's beautiful beaches and sunny weather nearly all year around. We can speak English, Italian,Romanian and Chinese. Please don't hesitate to get in touch.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
