From the owner

In response to the Covid-19 situation we are doing everything we can to protect our guests and ensure their safety during their stay. This involves closing the cottage for at least one full day after guests leave to ensure a deep clean of the entire premises can be carried out before the arrival of new guests. We will adhere to industry guidelines and recommendations in respect of cleaning and changeover preparations. Guests will be able to self check in at the cottage. We will be available to contact by telephone at any time during your stay.

This family friendly, self -catering holiday cottage is a beautifully restored traditional stone Barn, opened in July 2016, equipped with all the modern conveniences needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The perfect place to spend several days to relax, unwind and an excellent base for exploring Northern Ireland.

The accomodation consists:

1 x spacious living room with two sofas, two easy chairs, TV, electric fire, extensive selection of books and boardgames

Upstairs

1 x bedbroom with double bed

1 x family bedroom with king bed and full sized cot for a baby or young infant

1 x bunk bedroom with two bunk beds

1 x bathroom withj toilet, wash basin and electric shower

There is free Wi-Fi connection and oil fired central heating throughout the cottage. Child safety gates are available for the top and bottom of the staircase.

Towels, soaps, clothes washing detergent and dishwasher detergent are provided.

A complimentary welcome basket is provided, consisting of: a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, home made jam, eggs, cereal and home made cookies.

There is a secure, spacious Patio area at the side and rear of the cottage. Perfect for BBQs and relaxing after a busy day sightseeing.

Free safe, parking for two vehicles at the side of the cottage.

Why can't I call Johnny (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Johnny (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Johnny (the owner) a message.

If Johnny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
