From the owner

Drumaraw House is a luxurious private self-catering holiday home. Great warm feel to the house with high timber ceilings and under floor heating. It has a large open kitchen/lounge room with stand-alone solid fuel potbelly stove. Interesting interior with lots of wood and stone. Set on acre of grassed land ideal for kids to play or to enjoy outdoors. Just across the 350 year old bridge on Annaleigh River is the Agricultural College run by Teagasc, with over 400 students. It was founded in 1906 at the former Ballyhaise House, the house is over 300 years old, the estate consists of 220 hectares of grassland and woodland. Beautiful traffic free walks throughout college grounds. Ballyhaise village just a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk with great supermarket, 3 pubs for a Guinness. Private walkway to Annalee River for great fishing. Large landscaped grounds. Unlimited wi fi access. Easy access to Northern Ireland tourist attractions as well.

Main bedroom has emperor size bed (7ft10inx7ft8in) and ensuite. Three other bedrooms have king size beds with a single in the fourth as well.

World class Cavan Equestrian Centre only 5 minutes drive on same road.

lovely house in a nice area and only 10 mins from cavan town. Mary was very helpful also. the downstairs bedroom with the en-suite could easily sleep 4 adults if needed.

Why can't I call Mary (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mary (the owner) a message.

If Mary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
