Built in the 1920s, this Tudor style house retains its original charm. It is spacious and creatively painted, with hardwood floors throughout. Fully furnished and decorated with artwork, rugs and antiques from our travels around the world. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds, and one with a double bed. Air mattress available for another guest or children. Linens, dishes, cookware, tea, coffee, spices and most other necessities are provided. High speed Internet and WIFI. Washer/Dryer and storage space in the basement. Patio with for pleasant hours outdoors. Plenty of free parking – private parking space in the back and street parking in the front.YMCA is right next door - has an Olympic size indoor swimming pool and all full fitness facilities. Community children's playground built and cared for by the neighborhood.This is my home that I rent in my absence, and it is furnished to make it feel like a home, in a very personal way - with vintage furniture and artifacts, rugs and artwork I have collected traveling around the work. Hope you like this style and will enjoy its multicultural feel.

Why can't I call Zoika (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zoika (the owner) a message.

If Zoika (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
