A beautiful barn conversion in a rural location, with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.

Furnished to the highest standards with on the ground floor, a double bedroom & en-suite bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher ), open plan,vaulted dining room / hall & family bathroom ( with bath ). Stairs take you up to a beautiful, open plan lounge with wood burning stove, TV ( Freesat ), DVD player & of course the second double bedroom which is served by its own separate stairs.

Ideally located for exploring the Northern Peak District National Park, Ladybower, Hope Valley, Chatsworth, Castleton etc.

Fabulous for keen walkers, with many footpaths on the doorstep . Circular walks available from 2-3 miles , up to full days across the moors.

For cyclists, come and enjoy the quiet, well surfaced roads, some of which were used in the "Le Tour " with The Cote de Bradfield less than 2 miles away !

Mountain bikers are also well catered for with Derwent & Hope valleys readily accessible via numerous track & bridleways.

The Barn is walking distance from the local pub ( uphill on the way back ! ) which serves good pub food and local Bradfield Brewery Ales, and a short drive to a range of other local hostelries .

Should the weather not be too kind, Sheffield City centre is just over 15 mins away by car.

Why can't I call Phil (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Phil (the owner) a message.

If Phil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
