Sunset Pavilions family villa: the villa location, design & panoramic views convey a feeling of space and relaxation -Privacy in Paradise Island. Ideal also and with reduced rates for smaller groups or couples in low season. Ask for details. Sunset Pavilions sits on a quiet tropical hillside, close to the seashore, 2 kilometres from the island capital, Nathon. This large villa has resident staff for your convenience and four large bedroom suites, all set well apart from each other providing excellent privacy, with a fully equipped residential kitchen that is open plan to the dining area and lounge. Upstairs in the central pavilion is the Buddha Lounge, ideal for a peaceful read whilst the kids play in the large infinity pool just below, and immediately above that is the villa bar, with simply stunning panoramic views. Close to a number of 5 star hotels with great restaurants, bars and spas, plus a wealth of romantic Thai Beach-side Restaurants, Sunset Pavilions will provide a highly relaxing and tranquil base from which to enjoy your ideal holiday- be that an active adventurous trip or a very laid back and chilled experience.

With a large private infinity pool, 650 sq m of living space, including 4 large en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms and fantastic views from every room, your perfect destination awaits.

The 650 sq.m. designer villa has four air conditioned Bedroom En-Suites with views of the tropical waters, a balconied central tower containing a living area on the ground floor, a Chill Out Lounge on the first floor and a Sundowners Bar at the apex. The views from every room can only be described as magnificent and each bedroom offers a high degree of privacy, each being located a distance apart.

Built as a home, this Private Residence contains a fully equipped European Kitchen, a Sauna, a poolside Sala and a waterfall terrace sala, also with magnificent Sea views, furnished in a fusion of contemporary Asian and Thai Style.

Two Bedrooms have Private Balconies and Jacuzzis, another opens directly to the Pool Sun Terrace and Sala, the fourth to the hillside garden and Waterfall Terrace, with its newly added sala. The Buddha Lounge and Sundowners Bar also have balconies.

Getting around

Guests can hire cars or scooters and we also provise a list of destinations and possibilities that can be enjoyed using our mini bus with driver, be that tailor made tours or one off destinations and pick ups. Failing that Navigo offer a very good taxi service much like Uber.

Interaction with guest

We are pleased to do some hand holding and equally, after introductions, if guests prefer to be left alone we are happy to do that also. We have two resident staff and a manager so there is always interaction. We are also able to provide Thai home cooked meals with our chef, prices for which there is a chef fee depending on the number of people plus the cost of ingredients. Our staff can also go to collect take away meals for you from local restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Derrick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
