This beautiful villa is a perfect place for a Koh Samui getaway.

The villa is finished to a luxury standard with a contemporary hotel feel, set in a private tropical garden with large private pool.

The villa was designed to make the most of the tropical Thai temperatures. All of the rooms have floor to ceiling windows that open fully back and lead out to the garden, terraces and fresh water pool.

The main living area is bright and modern with high vaulted ceilings, a wonderfully comfortable oversized leather sofa, swivel chair so that you can relax by the TV or swing around and enjoy the view over the pool. The living area is fully air-conditioned and has a large Smart tv, blue tooth speaker and views out to the pool.

The high end kitchen is also in the living block perfect for entertaining. Large centre island with seating, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and plenty of space. Pull back the front set of doors and you walk out to the pool, slide back the side doors and you are in the feature outdoor dining area. Fantastic for evening entertaining or just to relax in the shade.

There are two master bedrooms both with plenty of wardrobe space, Smart tvs to stream your favourite programs, and sumptuous, soft furnishings. Each bedroom has a spacious en suite shower room, again bright and luxurious.

This delightful villa is centrally located in the quiet hamlet of Baan Tai, and just 300 metres from the beautiful beach. A choice of at least 4 restaurants within 5 minutes walk, as well as corner shops, bars, gyms, therapeutic massage, beauty shop, laundry etc., all on your doorstep. Friendly locals who have the time to stop and chat.

This beautifully presented villa benefits from its own private pool and sun deck. High walls and gated entrance offering you total peace and quiet.

House keeping is provided weekly. Short break cleans include a towel change, bookings of more than a week include towel and linen change. Additional cleans can be arranged at a cost of thb 1500 per clean.

Free airport pick-up and drop-off service included. Welcome grocery pack and flowers (when available) included.

We can also organise your car hire or motor bike rental, in-house chef service, breakfast/food delivery, babysitter, private island tours.

We offer a discount of 15% to couples wishing to rent Ban Tai Tara 4 as a one bedroomed property only. Please ask for details. (Not during peak season).

The villa accepts children but special care should be taken as the pool has no barriers/guard rails. Smoking is allowed outside only.

She can answer any questions and will provide you with a set of keys. Then Relax! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacquie (the owner) a message.

If Jacquie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
