Description
This beautiful villa, newly completed is a perfect place for a Koh Samui getaway.
The villa is finished to a luxury standard with a contemporary hotel type feel and it is set in a private tropical garden with large, fresh water pool.
The villa was designed to make the most of the tropical Thai temperatures. All of the rooms have floor to ceiling windows that open fully back and lead out to the garden, terraces and fresh water pool.
The main living area is bright and modern with high vaulted ceilings, a wonderfully comfortable,oversized leather sofa, swivel chair so that you can relax by the TV or swing around and enjoy the view over the pool. The living area is fully air-conditioned and has a large Smart tv, iPod dock/cd/dvd player and views out to the pool.
The high end kitchen is also in the living block perfect for entertaining. Large centre island with seating, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave and all cutlery, crockeryand plenty of space. Pull back the front set of doors and you walk out to the pool, slide back the side doors and you are in the feature outdoor dining area. Fantastic for evening entertaining or just to relax in the shade.
There are two master bedrooms both with plenty of wardrobe space, tvs, and sumptuous soft furnishings. Each bedroom has a spacious en suite shower room, again bright and luxurious.
This delightful villa is centrally located in the quiet hamlet of Baan Tai, and just 300 metres from the beautiful beach. A choice of at least 4 restaurants within 5 minutes walk, as well as corner shops, bars, gyms, thereputic massage, beauty shop, laundry etc., all on your dooorstep. Friendly locals who have the time to stop and chat.
This beautifully presented villa benefits from its own private pool and sun deck. High walls and gated entrance offering you total peace and quiet. Cable TV (news in English, German, French, Italian, Indian & various other languages. 6Mbs broadband wifi connection. Large flat screen TV with surround sound and DVD player in the lounge with smaller TVs in the bedrooms (with TV access also). All linens and towels provided (not beach towels) - change of towels every three days and bed linens every week.
RATE INCLUDES HOUSEKEEPING EVERY THREE DAYS, ALL ELECTRIC, WATER, TV, LAUNDRY (BEDDING AND TOWELS ONLY) AND INTERNET CHARGES.
Free airport pick-up and drop-off service included. Welcome grocery pack and flowers (when available) included.
We can also organise your car hire or motor bike rental, in-house chef service, breakfast/food delivery, babysitter, private island tours.
We offer a discount of 15% to couples wishing to rent Ban Tai Tara 4 as a one bedroomed property only. Please ask for details. (Not during peak season).
The villa accepts children but special care should be taken as the pool has no barriers/guard rails. Smoking is allowed outside only.

Baan Tai is one of the last remaining island locations where commerce has not overtaken the gentle way of life. Shop keepers are genuinely interested in you and your well being and have time to chat and offer friendly advice on what to do or see. A safe base for a family holiday or a very romantic getaway. If Jacquie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
