Villa 130m2 with very sunny garden of 1200 m2 located in the Parc Bellevue on the heights of Bandol. 5 minutes walk from the train station, 15 minutes from downtown and beaches. Quiet and quiet area, all shops within 500m. Rental for 2, 4 or 6 people, 3 bedrooms with double bed or queen size. Bedroom 1 and 2 double bed (140cm) has windows overlooking the pool and the west side garden. Bedroom 3 queen size bed (160cm) has a terrace and access to the east side garden. 1 shower room, living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen: gas and vitroceramic cooking, ventilated oven, dishwasher, 2 fridges including a large capacity, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine, TV and unlimited WIFI. Garden table, deck chairs, deck chairs, pool poufs, parasols, barbecue (Weber 10 pers). The land is terraced with many steps and different levels, access to the house is by stairs.
