The one bedroom condo apartment sits in a luxury serviced building in downtown Bangkok with high quality amenities and 24-hour security services. The space itself is modern and relaxing; the ideal place to come back to after a day of exploring/work. Great transport links mean you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle and retreat into your own private space!

The living room is light and airy with a sleek modern design and lovely finishing touches. There is a large sofa, and flat screen TV. Sit back and make yourself at home! Wood flooring, amazing large windows and modern, tasteful decor complete the room.

The open place space includes a charming dining area, with table and comfy chairs that seat four in comfy chairs. It also makes for the perfect work space as it’s a peaceful room. There is high speed wifi throughout the apartment.

If you want to cook up a meal or two, you’ll find everything you need in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, and include a microwave and an oven. Also provided is a complimentary welcome pack with goodies including organic honey, coconut caramel chips, dried mango chips, matcha iced latte mix and Nescafe 3-in-1 coffee.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Your home is located in the Phra Khanong area of Bangkok which is known for its many families and expats as well its food scene, with an abundance of great restaurants and street food vendors. You’re also just a two-minute walk from the Bang Chak BTS Skytrain station, from where you can quickly and easily travel to many areas around the city. The area around the tower is a favourite of expats living in Bangkok and is now beginning to welcome significantly more tourist trade as the reputation of it’s amazing street food markets spreads. The shopping mall by On Nut BTS station (a 12-minute walk away) has some fun and interesting shops and at its centre is a cinema which is the go-to destination for movie-goers in the surrounding area.

When it comes to great places to eat, the Phra Khanong are is well known for its vibrant street food scene. The street food served at Fish Maw Soup and Pig Trotter Rice is a particular recommendation. Corner 49 is a great relaxed place to have a seat, eat delicious food and drink cheap beer and cocktails. As for more upmarket restaurants, the Cabana Garden Restaurant near Blocs 77 offers a great mixed European menu while Best Beef does exactly what it’s name suggest it will do and serves the best and most tasty beef dishes.

If you’re looking for the great evening drinking spot, then head to The Cocktail for well, delicious cocktails. This expat favourite is a great place to enjoy a chilled drink near On Nut station. By day, the Smitr Cafe is a great place for a refreshing drink, but by night it turns into a great bar for beer and cocktails with excellent live music. A little further away is Craftpital, by Phra Khanong BTS station, where you can sample a wide range of Thai and international craft beers.

How do damage deposits work?
