Siam court is set in its own private peaceful courtyard.It has 7 suites all with pool access as they open onto the pool.Each suite has its own bathroom ensuite,tv,fridge,wifi,fans,aircon,and entrance.The courtyard has a beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi and shaded dining and relaxation areas.The villa as a bar area for guests use and 2 fully equipped kitchens.There is also a BBQ.The rental price includes daily breakfast served in the courtyard ,electricity and water, and a daily maid service to clean your rooms and provide fresh lines and towels.The villa is a 5 minute walk away from bars,restaurants,shops,marketsand the beach is a 10 minute walk.There are 2 major waterparks ,nong nooch tropical gardens,silverlake vineyard and many more major attraction very close to siam court.There are many watersports at our beaches,golf courses,and fishing parks.There are a selsction of islands to visit and beaches for snorkelling.The villa is just 20 minutes away from pattaya and utapao airportand 90 minutes away from Bangkok.It is ideal for large groups,families sharing,events and weddings.It is great value for money,exceptionally clean and well maintained and hold 7 certificates of excellence.we have a vip bus and driver to rent and a local taxi van.

Why can't I call Julie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
