Enjoying breathtaking sunsets and spectacular views from its hillside position overlooking the Isle of Anglesey is this charming, spacious, traditional Welsh detached cottage. Ideal for families, it is set on the owners’ smallholding on the outskirts of the village of Rhiwlas, just 3 miles from the university city of Bangor. Boasting its own blissful hot tub in its large lawned gardens, this is perfect for relaxing after days out exploring the myriad of visitor attractions and exhilarating outdoor pursuits the area has to offer. The property situation gives easy access to Snowdonia, Llyn Peninsula, Llandudno, Conwy and Anglesey with all that they have to offer such as glorious sandy beaches, mountain walks, largest zip wire in Europe, golf, riding, steam trains and castles are all nearby.

Ground Floor: The property has gas central heating and comprises:

Lounge: Large with electric wood burner, 43" satellite TV (Sky family package)

Games Room with Satellite TV, Play Station and Wii.

Kitchen/dining room: Large with tiled floor, gas hob, coffee machine, full size pool table, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher

Full size pool table and French Doors leading out to a patio with Barbecue area.

Utility with toilet, washing machine

and porch area.

First Floor: Bedroom 1: With super king size bed and en-suite with shower and WC.

Bedroom 2: With double bed and en-suite with shower and WC.

Bedroom 3: With double bed.

Bedroom 4: With twin beds.

Bathroom: With shower over bath and WC.

All gas, electric, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and highchair. Wi-Fi. Welcome pack.

Large enclosed, lawned gardens with patio and furniture. Gas BBQ. Hot tub (whilst we endeavour to have the tub ready for your first night this is not always possible as we have to clean and change the water every time we have new guests) Ample parking. No smoking. Friday to Friday. NB: Sloping banks in rear garden.

Why can't I call Caron (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Caron (the owner) a message.

If Caron (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
