From the owner

Top floor apartment with stunning views over Bansko and to the mountains. Large double balcony with access from either the Bedroom or the Lounge. The apartment has custom made bespoke furniture fitted. The bathroom has bath and shower facilities. This is a fantastic apartment for Skiing in the Winter or Mountain walks to the lakes in the summer. The apartment is a 15 min walk to the Gondola station or few minutes by car. There is a shuttle service available from the reception to and from the gondola if required. There is a Ian Woosnam design golf course 10 mins drive from Bansko which has 2 courses the Pirin course and the Pines course. In March to April you can ski in the morning and play golf in the afternoon. The apartment complex is to a 4 star rating with the complex reception in the same block as the apartment. The St john Park is set at the highest point in the town and away from the main hussel and bussel but still close to all bars, restaurants clubs etc.

Winter
Bansko has the best snow record and longest ski season (mid-Dec to mid-April) of all Bulgarian ski resorts. Bansko has more than 160 snow cannons ensuring good artificial snow coverage through the ski season whether there is snow or not. there will Bansko is well equipped for winter sports despite all possible weather conditions.

Summer
You can drive or take the Gondola up into the mountains which is open at certain times of the year to explore the lakes and surrounding scenery. Also there are trails for biking also available is river rapid rides and horse riding nearby. The Belista bear park and the Rila monastery are close by. Also available is there narrow gauge railway.
Dobrinishte is approx 4 miles from Bansko and takes around 10 minutes in a car to reach. There you will find a huge open air swimming pool fed by mineral water with water slides. Dobrinishte is also a spa resort with at least 16 mineral springs with the temperature of the water between 36° and 43°C.
There is a chair lift at Dobrinishte which will take you up the mountain. The chair lift takes around 25 minutes and will take you to an altitude of 2000m to breathtaking scenery. This is a starting point for some of the hikes in the region which start by the Bezbog Hut which is set by the Bezbog lake.
There is a Jazz festival held every year in Bansko which lasts for 5 days during the month of August.
