The accommodation is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self-catering apartment which sleeps 6, located in the Predela 2 complex in Bansko, Bulgaria. It has central heating, air conditioning and a fireplace which can be lit to create a cosy and comfortable atmosphere.

The property is located 300mtrs to the main gondola which will transport you up to the mountain and ski slopes. It is also within walking distance of the town of Bansko. The apartment complex (Predela 2) offers the following facilities which are free for all guests to use:

The apartment complex (Predela 2) offers the following facilities which are charged for separately for all guests to use, a 10 Euros fee per apartment is payable to Reception for the usage of the SPA facilities per usage, please pay the fee before you use the facilities:

We have a storage room for ski's and snowboards along with two off street parking spaces. We respectfully ask that there is no smoking in the apartment and unfortunately no pets are allowed. Linen and towels are provided.

Please note - the spa is open: Winter Season: 15 Dec - 10 Apr, Summer Season: 15 Jul - 31 Aug.

All bookings are required to complete a Booking Form and a Booking Contract to be sent to the guests via email by the owner directly, this is to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. All guests staying at the apartment are required to provide an email address.

It is furnished to a high standard and consists of:

Kitchen: Hob, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and utensils, Table with 6 chairs.

Lounge: Fireplace, air conditioning unit, 2 x 3 seater sofas (1 is a sofa bed), reading lamp, coffee table, LCD flat screen television with a DVD player and assorted DVD's including kids DVD's, digital cable receiver, internal telephone to call reception or another room, playing cards, backgammon set, Lonely Planet guide.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 bedside lamps, triple wardrobe with x15 hangers and 3/4 length mirror, chest of drawers and wall mirror.

Ensuite bathroom: consisting of WC, basin, shower, wall mirror and towel radiator.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds which can be separated or pushed together, bedside table, bedside lamp, 1 wardrobe and a chest of drawers, wall mirror.

Second Bathroom: Basin, WC, shower, wall mirror and towel radiator.

Balcony: Overlooks the Pirin Mountains and can be accessed from the lounge and both bedrooms, x1 table and x2 chairs.

Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm are fitted in the apartment.

Ski Locker: Ski boot dryer.

We will also email you a map of Bansko, with recommendations for ski hire and restaurants, as well as a piste map. There is a very detailed welcome folder in the apartment with lots of very useful information to help you during your stay, should you require any further assistance during your stay, we are always contactable via email or telephone to assist you. To gain access to the apartment:- 30 minutes prior to your arrival to the Property please telephone our Apartment Management Company (details will be provided by the apartment owner) so they can meet you at the Property to hand over the keys.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
