Un spacieux appartement en duplex de 100 m² dans une vieille maison de ville avec vue sur la baie. Situé à seulement 50 m de la plage et à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. L'appartement a été entièrement rénové au printemps 2015.

Au premier étage, cuisine et salle à manger modernes et bien équipées donnant sur un balcon avec vue sur la baie et les collines environnantes. Un système hi-fi avec un mélange éclectique de CD de musique internationaux. En outre, à ce niveau, se trouve une chambre double avec salle de bains attenante et toilettes séparées. Un lave-linge à chargement par le haut de 6,5 kg est également fourni, ainsi qu’ un fer et une planche à repasser.

Au deuxième étage, vous trouverez un salon spacieux et lumineux avec la climatisation, une télévision connectée, un lecteur DVD et’un récepteur satellite avec les chaînes de télévision française, anglaise, espagnole et essentiellement allemande.

Au deuxième étage se trouve également une chambre double donnant sur la terrasse, une mezzanine avec un lit double et une deuxième salle de bains avec douche à l’italienne, lavabo et toilettes séparées.

La terrasse orientée au sud, offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes, est accessible directement du salon.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brigitte (the owner) a message.

If Brigitte (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
