Description

Our recently built villa is situated on a sunny hillside nestling in a valley where the mountains meet the Mediterranean Sea.

A quiet road leads to the palm fringed promenade, picturesque marina and large safe family beach of Banyuls sur mer.

There are bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and plenty of shops for daily necessities and holiday shopping for souvenirs. The marble palazzo plays host to a variety of entertainment during the summer season with music of some sort most evenings. Or take your coffee and croissant there in the morning sunshine and then stroll across the road to take your first dip of the day in the clear waters of the Mediterranean.

The villa has large terraces overlooking the pool and old village. The garden is bordered on one side by an olive terrace and the local railway line. The terraces and pool offer a stunning mountain vista and is completely private and not overlooked.

The property was completed in 2012 and is fully furnished
