Brand new development extremely well finished. Hard floors through out with centralised vacuum system. The apartments WiFi is very fast 37.3 Mbps Download and 5.80 Mbps Upload which will support several devices and video streaming at the same time.

The apartment has a full width balcony which is under cover making it suitable for all weathers and has two luxury sunbeds with mattresses and a table plus base/umbrella. We also have available for guests to use two folding sun chairs two umbrellas and also beach towels. There is also an inflatable lilo. Is on the ground floor with very substantial security.

Comes with shutters on all windows which can be used for security or to dim the light.

Full air conditioning which also provides heat in the winter.

Fully fitted kitchen which comes with coffee machine, juicer, cooking dishes, storage containers etc. Everything you would have in your own home. We have recently purchased a DVD player for our guests to use.We also like to provide the basics for when you arrive by having condiments, tea, coffee, sugar, vinegar, oil, dishwasher tablets etc. Suggest you stop for fresh milk on the way. There are four supermarkets nearby.Lidl Aldi Continente and Pingo Dosse.

Tastefully furnished in a modern simplistic style which keeps the apartment light and spacious with an open planned kitchen and lounge area. We have added tasteful pieces of artwork/ pottery/ candles etc to give it a homely feel.

Entrance lobby is landscaped with lifts to all levels with wheelchair access.

The apartment comes with its own under garage parking space which is cool in the summer. There is a large outside pool with a spacious lounge area. The water quality is checked daily . The apartment has its own sunbeds and table. There is also a smaller pool suitable for children. There is also a child’s high chair and folding cot and a playpen that could be used by the pool.

The gardens are landscaped with coconut trees and shrubs and are regularly maintained. There is a grass area available. There is a fully equipped gym that is exclusive to the apartments plus extra showers and toilets.

Kitchen has lobby entrance video to monitor visitors.

Its situated a ten minute walk to the city centre/marina and a superb sandy beach that stretches for seven miles. Is close to local restaurants/take outs. Chemist and hospital nearby plus small shops.

Using the toll road is fifty minutes from Faro Airport. Accessible by train and bus/taxi.

We also offer a fresh shop for on your arrival. It can be a general selection of fresh food, milk, bread, cheese, cold meats, salad/fruit or your choice. There are 20/30/40/50 euro shops. The price of this to be paid direct to the housekeeper on arrival where you will be given a shop till receipt for the amount that you paid. Please request this service ahead of your arrival.

If you arrive by car our Housekeeper Madalina will meet you in Lidl carpark which is two minutes away if not she will meet you are a prearranged agreed time in front of the apartment block to show you to the apartment and familiarise you with everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Interaction with guest

The apartment will be cleaned upon your departure although it is expected that guests treat the apartment as their own and with respect. The trash needs to be taken to the outside dumpster daily that is the system. Also that you remove all your trash/rubbish when you go. It must not be left in the apartment as it causes unpleasant smells. Any issues are resolved by myself in connection with Carlos my Local agent.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Barbara (the owner) a message.

If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
