Welcome to Xenia's family home for rent in Barbati Corfu. Fully equipped home for your holidays in Barbati Corfu for up to 10 people.

Barbati resort is the ideal place for families. In the evenings the beach bars are quiter than the bars on the road. The restaurants serve all day long fresh cooked meals.

Xenia family house in Barbati is located in the heart of the resort where you can easily access:

- Super market "Yiannis" in a distance of 20 meters

- Bar "Toucan" in a distance of 50 meters

- A family run Taverna "La Piazza" in 50 meters serving very good food and sometimes plays and Greek live music

- An international restaurant "Lord Byron" serves very tasty food as well in a distance of 100 meters

Barbati is ideal for families, couples and small groups. Parties, loud music, drinks and other activities disturbing the neighbours are highly prohibited!

Smoking is not allowed in the house. We provide ashtrays on the balconies for you to smoke.

Throwing drinking glasses, bottles, newspapers and food on the roof or on the walls is not allowed.

Guests that fail to comply with these simple civilized rules, will pay for these damages and be kicked out of our home.

Why can't I call Xenia (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Xenia (the owner) a message.

If Xenia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
