K THE APARTMENT The apartment is the largest of our apartments. Ѐ built on two floors, the first floor and ground floor. It has a large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed. kitchen with entrance to the garden and to your table outside. Bathroom with shower and hallway. Upstairs are the sleeping area with large windows, a double bedroom, bedroom with a single bed and a half (queen), bathroom with shower and bedroom with a single bed. Overlooking the vineyard. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. STRUCTURE diverticulum of the Via Francigena and the Via Cassia, The Holiday House Linearis and Podere Sertofano offer the traveler the possibility of relaxation in the sweet calm of the friendly Tuscan countryside. Driving along a few kilometers you arrive at the Florence-Siena highway that will allow you to easily reach the main cities of Tuscany, the places of artistic, historical and cultural interest, some well-known worldwide, others yet to be discovered. In 1998 our family bought the house and its outbuildings that for six years they have been carefully restored with respect for their authenticity. The oldest part dates back to 1600, period in which the house in all of Tuscany, and was used as a watchtower. Later, the tower was added, at different times of the latest one being in 1847, the rest of the building then became farmhouse with apartments upstairs and stables on the lower level. The cottage is now at the center of our farm that deals with extra-virgin olive oil production, with IGP cold-pressed and production of chianti grapes with controlled and guaranteed origin (DOCG). The Holiday House Linearis is composed of six apartments, all made in the walls of the old farmhouse, the old barn has been converted into two apartments of Sertofano. Next to the apartments there is another small barn renovated in the laundry and ironing room, a public bath, the point information and internet area for the customer; what was once the tool shed is now the reception. The company is a family business, one of the managers live in the structure, our love for this land I hope you can understand the care of the garden and in warmer months should water with rainwater collected in a cistern with vaulted ceilings. We also have a small photovoltaic system for the production of electricity. In the farm there is the obligation of separate collection. Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and plants to monumental character, the apartments are all independent and equipped with every comfort and furnished with taste, simplicity and color. Each also has its own outdoor furniture. The hotel has a swimming pool with beach entry and a maximum depth of 160 cm open from Easter to the end of September. On the opposite side to the pool we find the barbecue area with outdoor seating and next to the play area for children. In addition to outdoor parking, our guests can use a garage fee. We also have a Wi-Fi that offer free, active throughout the garden. In love with nature, we do not use pesticides and we are attentive to the use of sustainable products for the cleaning of the apartments. You will not find the microwave as harmful to human health, they were not included bathtubs to limit the waste of water and on all taps have been entered the water flow reducers.
