Is a furnished 3 bedrooms (including two suites), with a capacity "that limit up to 6 adults with the possibility of adding a cot on request for children up to 2-3 years. The new comfortable beds of 190 cm. In length in one of the bedrooms there is a flat-screen 32-inch flat - Large living room with hi compatible music usb, ipod, iphone, 42-inch flat screen;. -Access wifi 30mb Two bathrooms, one with shower. with tropical rain shower, the other with jacuzzi, -. fully equipped with all appliances (electric oven, steam oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, iron, coffee maker) the apartment also has air conditioning in all rooms, and heating. the apartment is located in the modern "Olympic Village", a 3-minute walk from Bogatell beach (with its famous promenade) and the marina (port Olimpic). It is close to bars, restaurants, piano bars, clubs, cinemas, in the original language, malls (Icaria to 20mt., Glorias and Diagonal Mar in 10 minutes by bus, respectively, with the No. 92 and No. 41) is a few steps casino. The peculiarity of this area is to be near the center but not immersed in the noise and crowds of tourists. The center is easily accessible on foot or with the many means of transport available in the same street where the apartment is located. Buses (41 and No. 14), line 4 of the metro is 5 min. walk and the tourist bus that stops 200 meters. Next to the subway and tram can also find the famous Barcelona Zoo and the beautiful Ciutadella Park, home of the Catalan Parliament. Easily accessible since "from the port of Barcelona is only 10 minutes, 20-25 minutes by car or taxi from the international airport" El Prat "and in the vicinity of motorways and major highways. (Ronda Litoral) If you come by car, there is the possibility of parking in the same building included in the price. the apartment measures 115m2 and has been recently renovated with all amenities tailored specifically to make guests feel at home. it has been designed in a way practical and functional to reduce the workload and think only enjoy the holiday. it is especially suitable for families and is also accessible for wheelchairs or strollers.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alex (the owner) a message.

If Alex (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
