This new fabulous apartment-suite is situated in the very heart of the Ciutat Vella district. Close to Municipality City Palace and world known Temple Roma d'August, erected to the glory of Caesar Augustus as a sign of devotion and worship to His Imperial Highness in the 1st century AD.

This premises intended for the most demanding travellers looking for absolute comfort in sunny Barcelona will become a genuine experience of feeling the breath of this ancient city. And the chime of bells above the City Hall will contribute to the romantic mood and bring some unforgettable emotions to your trip.

The right time to open a bottle of Spanish wine and taste the specialities of the local cuisine and the sea delicacies! The moment you walk out of the building you immediately find yourself in among the numerous restaurants with great selection of food, romantic terraces or homely evening cafes located right here, near area Saint Jaume Square. At the same time, as soon as you turn round the corner – it immediately brings you back home, to the calm atmosphere of comfort.

The building has been fully renovated recently, having kept all its valuable historic elements. The house has been preserved walls that are over a thousand years! This is a true story, combined with modern technology of comfort and coziness.

• This is a two bedrooms apartment with a lovely lounge and two complete bathrooms.

• There is a large bed 160 x 200 with a single-piece high-quality mattress in the master bedroom.

• The master bathroom (Bathtub) with a separate entrance from the main bedroom is furnished with marble.

• The second bedroom has a 150x200 king size bed with unibody orthopedic mattress, and you will find the second bathroom in the living zone of the apartment.

• The living room is divided into two zones — a dining area with a table and 4 armchairs and a rest area where there is a sofa, a couch, TV set and a coffee table.

Apartment has climate-control system that provides ventilation, air conditioning and heating.

There is also a LED TV 3D/Smart, and the high-speed Wi-Fi Internet available.

Bed linen and towels are being provided in the required amount.

The kitchen is fully supplied with tableware and cutlery.

It is also equipped with a large refrigerator, a microwave oven, blender for making fruit pure, cocktails, ice etc., ceramic stove, Nespresso® Machine, tea and coffee. The apartment has anything you might need to prepare homemade food — in case you like cooking.

In which case you can use fresh food from the famous Boukeria market at Las Ramblas, which is located at 5-7 minute-walking distance from the building.

The apartment is surrounded by lots of shops, famous squares, bars and restaurants that certainly adds plenty of new emotions to your gastronomic discoveries.

Those who like plunging into the cultural past of great Barcelona will find some ancient places of interest right at your front door, and having entered next-door building area you will be stunned with grandeur of one of the most ancient architectural monument of the city, i.e. Temple Roma d’August that was erected for Caesar Augustus.

The largest possible the guests is 4 persons + 1 Babycot (60х120) available.

For those who travel by car: a parking lot is available at the distance of 3 min walk.

The metro stations Jaume 1 (L4) are all nearby, only at a walking distance from here.

You are free to come and go any time you wish, cause we realize that Barcelona is a never-sleeping city! We hope for complete mutual understanding and geniality during your stay . You are requested to respect your neighbours if you are going to be active at night. Noisy parties are not allowed in the apartment.

We ask for a deposit of € 200 for some unexpected damages that may take place. Tripadvisor guarantees reliability and always pays this money back before our guests leave.
