Truly an amazing apartment with views across the whole of Barcelona and located moments from the beach in Barceloneta. A non smoking apartment for 2 people only. 32 nights, contact for more information.

This wonderful one bedroom penthouse apartment is on the fifth (top) floor with lift / elevator. Soak up the most spectacular panoramic view across the whole of Barcelona, including the sea, Gaudi Cathedral, Columbus Column, super-yacht marina Port Vell, Montjoic mountain and more mountains beyond the city skyline. Relax on the private roof terrace or balcony, or on the beach just two minutes walk away.

The apartment is approximately 65m² (plus private roof terrace 30m²). Transportation nearby includes Buses, Trains at Estacio de Franca and Metro Station, Barceloneta within 3 minutes walk.

This apartment in Barceloneta accommodates up to 2 people maximum sleeping in 1 bedroom with 1 kingsize bed (150cm x 200cm) which has a memory-foam mattress, and no footboard. The apartment has 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, Vitro-ceramic stove, coffee pot, kettle, toaster, electric oven, fridge, freezer. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with UK and US Channels, with Sky Movies, silent air conditioning (machines on the roof), heating, super-fast wifi internet (from fibre optic connection), washing machine and separate tumble dryer, designer furniture, pictures and original paintings. The building is modern and has a security video entry system and elevator.

Check in at 2pm and check out at 11am.

Check in after 9pm and check-out before 11am will incur an extra charge of €50 paid locally.

Damage deposit €500. This will be automatically canceled / refunded after verifying the apartments condition upon your departure and that no breakages or damages have occurred during your stay.

No pets, no parties and no smoking permitted.

The checkout cleaning is included only. Optional cleaning during your stay can be arranged at additional cost paid by you direct to the cleaner.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
