You have been exclusively chosen to admire the masterpiece of the modernist architect Antoni Gaudi, la Sagrada Familia, because we have no doubt the most amazing views in the whole city. Our centric luxury flats are licensed by Catalonian tourism office and are fully equipped: quality bedding, fresh towels and all you need in the kitchen. AA, Heating, Free WiFi internet and SAT TV .We are Artur and Joana. We live in the same buiding and assist you with tour information and best tips. Having a reception we are very flexible. Minivan shuttle in 20 minutes from/to the airport.

All flats have two bedrooms with balconies and 20 m2 living room has 2 balconies more that face the cathedral's main facade. Lots, lots of natural light in the whole flat!. Huge terrace (125sqm) is just a dream come true for sunbathers and admirers of great views. Spanish breakfast, best tapas and Dinners offered in it. Tapas restaurants, Fresh food market, and excellent connections to all sites just 50 meters from the apartment

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Arturo (the owner) a message.

If Arturo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
