Unique group accommodation in Barcelona located in the main city centre in an unbeatable location, right in the Plaza Catalunya, just a few meter from the famous Paseo de Gracia and Las Ramblas of Barcelona. Next to the apartment you will find the best restaurants and shops/boutiques to enjoy as maximum as possible your stay in the city.

The apartment has 4 double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, dinnning room and a sunny living room with a nice balcony facing the tranquil inner patio. On the upper lever, you will find the third double bedroom with an open plan styled meaning you have to pass through this bedroom to reach the fourth guest bedroom (please, note that this area has low ceilings), and the second full bathroom.

Parties in the apartment are not allowed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
