Tourist license number HUTB-006631. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 with bathroom) with beds for up to 6 adults and the possibility to add a bed more for a children. The beds are new and comfortable, 190 cm. long. One of the bedroom has a 32inch flat screen TV.

- Two bathrooms one with large shower "tropical rain effect", the other one with whirlpool bathtub

- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dryer, iron, coffee machine

- Parking place in watched parking garage in the same building

The apartment has air conditioning and autonomous heating reaching all rooms.

The apartment is situated in the modern but central "Vila Olimpica" neighborhood, 3 minutes from the most famous Barcelona beaches (Bogatell) and from the main marina of Barcelona (Port Olimpic). The neighborhood is well endowed of bars, restaurants, piano bar, discotheques, movie theaters (including one of the few showing movies in original language in Barcelona), shopping centers and supermarkets ("Icaria" 20 meters from the apartment, Glories and Diagonal reachable in 10 minutes by bus n. 92 and n.41 respectively). 5 minutes walk from Casinò and 10 minutes walk from beautiful "Parc de la Ciutatella" (siege of the Catalan Parliament) and the beautiful Zoo of Barcelona.

The main advantage of the neighborhood is to be a quiet and lively residential area but very near to the historical center of the city (usually more noisy, crowded with tourists and less lively). The city center is easily reachable with a short walk crossing "Parc de la Ciutatella", by bus (N.41 and N.14, bus stop in front of the apartment) or by the underground (Line 4, 5 minutes walk) or with the touristic bus (bus stop 200 m. from the apartment).

The apartment is easily reachable: 10 minutes walk from the marina (Port Olimpic), 20-25 minutes by car from international airport "El Prat" and not far from several main Barcelona motorways.

The apartment is 115 square meters and was recently reformed and fully equipped to offer a great and comfortable staying making it exceptionally easy to just relax and enjoy your holiday in Barcelona. Especially indicated for families, easily accessible for pushchairs or strollers.


On arrival is required to show papers, sign a contract and pay a caution that will be restituted on check out.

The apartment has a legally valid touristic license and is regularly subscribed to the "Generalitad" list of touristic apartments.

Response from the owner Provided that we respect any opinion and are open to improvements, but in our opinion many of the things said in this review are a little strong. Our full availability in helping from the first moment ( always we arranged a taxi in this occasion it was not possible). As long as we kept telephone contact with the guests, we would have liked to be informed of things they needed ( such as cleaning the apartment which during the stay are not carried out unless on request, as we are not a hotel. Another things the towels and the bedding don't are rags... we regret to contradict.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alex (the owner) a message.

If Alex (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
