El apartamento tiene una capacidad de 4 personas y se encuentra ubicado en el barrio de Gràcia de Barcelona.

A pocos minutos de todas las atracciones del centro de la ciudad. Caminando tenéis el parque Guell y la Sagrada Familia a 15 minutos.

La vivienda ha sido reformada en diciembre de 2014. Situada en una tercera planta exterior de 45 m2 es ideal para disfrutar de un fin de semana o para alojamiento de corta temporada. Esta completamente equipado para una confortable estancia:

-Sala Comedor con televisión LED y USB, internet WiFi, aire acondicionado y calefacción. Sofá cama de 150x200cm para 2 personas.

-La cocina esta totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, microondas con gril, cafetera Nespresso, frigorífico y todo lo que puedas necesitar; Minipimer, rallador, tabla de cortar, hervidor de agua, tostador, etc.

-Habitación principal con cama doble de 150x200 cms., armario corredero y equipada igualmente con aire acondicionado y calefacción. Además cuentas con plancha y tabla de planchar.

-Baño con mueble para guardar los enseres personales; Dispone de lavadora-secadora, secador de pelo, champú y gel de baño.

Todas las toallas y sábanas estan incluidas en el precio.

En caso de necesitar cuna, se puede facilitar gratis.

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en el barrio de Gràcia de Barcelona, uno de los barrios con más personalidad y encanto de la ciudad. Céntrico pero sin aglomeraciones, con la mayor parte de sus calles peatonales y pequeñas plazas con terrazas para disfrutar de todo el entorno.

A pocos minutos de todas las atracciones del centro de la ciudad, y perfectamente comunicado en transporte público. Metro: Fontana,Lesseps (línea 3) y Joanic (línea 4) a 500 m, respectivamente. Autobús: Líneas H6, 39, 24 y 116. La playa se encuentra a 6 estaciones de metro desde aquí. Andando tenéis el parque Guell y la Sagrada Familia a 15 minutos caminando. Parada de autobús a una calle para ir al centro y la playa. Parada del bus turístico a 300 m.

At night, noise is forbidden since the rest of the neighbors must be respected by all guests. -We expect our guests to leave the apartment in normal cleaning conditions, without garbage bags in the kitchen or dirty dishes in the sink. Trash bags should be taken out of the apartment and placed in the trash bins located on the street, at the corner of the building. Otherwise, a charge of € 20 will be applied for the extra cleaning time.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jordi (the owner) a message.

If Jordi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
