A beautiful two bedrooms apartment for 6 people near the Sant Antoni Market.

Our two bedrooms apartment well decorated and cosy, perfect place for your stay in the center of Barcelona. You will find a nice full equipped kitchen and a dinning room area with chairs and table. There are two double beds in each bedrooms, tastefully decorated like the rest of our apartment. Finally you can enjoy the bathroom with shower.

The district of Sant Antoni Paralelo, is a good compromise if you want be close to the Ramblas and to the Fira in Plaza España. You are in the theater district, Apolo, Molino and many others and can find everything you need at your fingertips. The area is very well served by public transportation: metro L2 and L3 and you even have the bus that will take you directly to the beach.

Check-in regular time between 13h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 30€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.

Barcelona city tax not included: 4€ per night per person.

- Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.

- This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.

Unacceptable insects and cockroaches inside

Toilet is too congested as well as insects and cockroaches are inside.too many steps to go to to the apartment no lifts. no kids friendly.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
