Penthouse loft of 50m 2 + 30 m 2 terrace. Capacity for 4 people, 1 double bedroom + 1 double bed in mezzanine + 1 sofa bed ind.

Located on the second floor without lift of a typical Yellow House of grace of more than 100 years, it has no neighbors, since the rest of the House is occupied by fashion designers and their workshop and they are only during the day.

IN DETAIL...

Floor with modern rustic style, have parquet flooring pitched beamed ceilings and oak view wood. Loft-style rooms are located at different levels within a completely open space. You will find a room with double bed (150 cm) facing the street with its balcony. On the top of the bath, type mezzanine or "mezzanine" is another double bed (150 cm). The alternative to sleep is "L"-shaped sofa with capacity for 2 children or 1 adult (2x1m) (1, 80 x 0, 75 m + 1, 35x1m) in the lounge.

Bath dressing (locker 2, 60 m) with very wide shower, is open about the master bedroom en suite.

The kitchen with ceramic hob, has (60cm) fridge and freezer (60cm), coffee maker, small oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.

The large terrace with many plants and teak offers inflatable double bed with mosquito net for a cool night under the stars. There is also a barbecue and a shower under the vine.

Services available for guests, the apartment is equipped with:-heat - fireplace - air conditioning-pump, TV 42 '' - WIFI (35 Mb/s) - bed linen and bath - gel, shampoo - cleaning interaction with guests this small nest has been our home for 8 years and we offer it so that you enjoy as we have done as well as the fantastic district of Gràcia where we were born and we continue to live as well that it is easy for any need approaching! We are at your disposal for anything!

The District of Gràcia neighborhood is a small village within the great city of Barcelona. It has a special, very family atmosphere characterised by its squares, restaurants, cinemas, bars, and numbers parks for children. Occupies a central location in Barcelona, next to Avenida Diagonal, Paseo de Gracia and the major works of Gaudí: Park Güell, Sagrada Familia, Casa Milà, Casa Batlló,...

How to move to 250 meters from the metro L4: Joanic, and 800 m from the railway station L3: Fontana. Many lines of bus and tourist bus. Tresestaciones from the Center and 6 give it Barceloneta beach.

Why can't I call Xavier (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Xavier (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Xavier (the owner) a message.

If Xavier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
