The location of this beautiful apartment is ideal, just 50 meters from the beach, just a 10 minute walk from the Gothic Quarter, and very well connected with public transport. In addition, in front of the apartment there is a shopping center with supermarket, cinemas and shops, and only 150 meters away is the Puerto Olimpico with its famous restaurants. The brightness and spaciousness characterize this one bedroom apartment. Has all its South-West Saloon composed of large windows overlooking a terrace from which overlooks the Mediterranean facade appreciate. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into double bed, Bang-Olufsen TV with Freeview and DVD, and a library with novels if you decide to spend some quiet time. The bedroom also has direct access to the terrace, and has a double bed and large closets. The kitchen has an office area for breakfast, and is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave, washer, dryer, dishes, utensils, etc. It has a bathroom with fresh towels. It is equipped with heating, air conditioning and wireless internet connection. It also has optional parking and a nice community garden with children's area. Why can't I call Rosa (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rosa (the owner) a message.

If Rosa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
